MA873 uses the principle of optical refractive index to measure the sugar content of sugars in aqueous solutions, which is simple and fast.

After calibrating the sample with deionized water or distilled water, the instrument can measure the refractive index of the sample in a few seconds and display the result as a percentage of sugar content.

The MA873 digital sugar meter avoids the instability of mechanical sugar meters and is also easy to carry for on-site measurement.

The measurement technology and temperature compensation adopt the ICUMSA method (recognized sugar measurement method).

The temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit) is synchronously displayed on the dual row LCD screen during measurement.
